We currently provide shipping services to customers located within Europe and the United States. All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse facility located in Germany.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays).
Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners, you will receive a formal dispatch notification via the email address provided during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We collaborate with reputable priority logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to facilitate timely delivery.
Transit Time: The estimated shipping duration is 4 to 9 business days following the date of dispatch.
Total Estimated Time: Please allow for both processing and transit times when calculating your expected arrival date.
Note: These timeframes are estimates based on standard carrier operations and may be subject to adjustments due to external factors such as seasonal peaks or customs procedures.
4. Shipment Tracking
To maintain transparency regarding your order’s journey, our system automatically sends status updates to your registered email address at key milestones:
Upon successful dispatch from our facility.
When the parcel reaches the primary sorting hub.
When the parcel is out for local delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments (notably to the United States), the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are independent of our shipping costs and are governed by local regulations.
If a package is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the package will be returned to our facility in Germany. In such cases, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the customer’s final refund.
7. Delivery Issues & Delayed Shipments
In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, our protocol is as follows:
Investigation: We will initiate a formal inquiry with the respective carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to locate the parcel.
Resolution: Based on the findings of the carrier’s investigation, and if the parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, or if it has not been delivered within 20 business days from the date of dispatch, it will be classified as ‘Significantly Delayed’, and we will offer a full refund or provide a replacement shipment.
